1. REGARDING CONTRIBUTIONS
Since Estrategia.cr is an association, it promotes the participation of users in different ways; this participation will be called from now on “contribution”. Violate Copyright laws or treaties anywhere.
Induce or invite to act illegally, or are – in itself- violations to ruling law and order.

Alters the psychic equilibrium of people, threatens them, scares them, and intimidates them or any other disturbance.

Contains virus or other features that cause damage to other computers.
Breaks legal norms or regulations regarding communications secrecy, intellectual property, right to personal or family honor and intimacy.
Contains publicity; promotes or offers services, including yet not limited to money, messages chains, spam, etc.
In regards to the information previously described, Estrategia.cr will not – in any case- responsible for the information provided by neither third parties, nor will it be held accountable for damage or injury caused by it.
Estrategia.cr has the right to eliminate from the site any content that does not comply with this agreement and could also, without notice, suspend and/or interrupt the service and/or access to the contents to those who violate this agreement.
Contributions by users are published under the Creative Commons copyrights license (some rights reserved), their use by third parties will have to comply with this license and, depending on each case, to the corresponding permit by each contributor (author).
